Great - Management Orbia Employee Review

I worked for 2 years with Orbia as a contractor. I had a great experience coaching teams in agile and leading pilots. I met a lot of great people around the globe remotely.

As this is a manufacturing company, the fluctuating prices of commodities impacts plant’s budgets, making it hard to plan projects in a long term.

Decent health benefits and an interesting portfolio. Base pay is good

Poor corporate leadership, mostly all around. Corporate executives cuss at and demean business leadership and teams. Early years lacked any strategy or direction and now business groups pay for it with constant cost cuts and ridiculous backward-looking requests. Poor incentive payouts and annual increases do not cover inflation for most countries.
