      In here you can learn a lot. There are several areas, so you can gather information and best practices from each one of them.

      Cons

      The structure is quite rigid and the possibility to move from one area t another is quite low. You have to have the right contacts in the right moment to do so.

      Pros

      Decent health benefits and an interesting portfolio. Base pay is good

      Cons

      Poor corporate leadership, mostly all around. Corporate executives cuss at and demean business leadership and teams. Early years lacked any strategy or direction and now business groups pay for it with constant cost cuts and ridiculous backward-looking requests. Poor incentive payouts and annual increases do not cover inflation for most countries.
