      A good sense of team culture was prevalent from a heritage site operating environment. New ideas and systems were beginning to positively change the culture

      Heritage systems and comfort of being a former setter of national standards resulted in some stagnation over 5-10 years

      Pros

      Decent health benefits and an interesting portfolio. Base pay is good

      Cons

      Poor corporate leadership, mostly all around. Corporate executives cuss at and demean business leadership and teams. Early years lacked any strategy or direction and now business groups pay for it with constant cost cuts and ridiculous backward-looking requests. Poor incentive payouts and annual increases do not cover inflation for most countries.
