      A lot of new opportunities to grow

      Many misinformation as a new employee, the manager was not accurate sharing the Know-How in the group and business processes were not clearly explained, rush always a rush, and no time for new arrivals to receive a knowledge transfer.

      Pros

      Decent health benefits and an interesting portfolio. Base pay is good

      Cons

      Poor corporate leadership, mostly all around. Corporate executives cuss at and demean business leadership and teams. Early years lacked any strategy or direction and now business groups pay for it with constant cost cuts and ridiculous backward-looking requests. Poor incentive payouts and annual increases do not cover inflation for most countries.
