      Complex overlapp of business groups and subcultures make it hard at times to get things done. Everything needs to be negotiated. Building strong relationships and ability to influence and build consensus are a must to succeed

      Pros

      Decent health benefits and an interesting portfolio. Base pay is good

      Cons

      Poor corporate leadership, mostly all around. Corporate executives cuss at and demean business leadership and teams. Early years lacked any strategy or direction and now business groups pay for it with constant cost cuts and ridiculous backward-looking requests. Poor incentive payouts and annual increases do not cover inflation for most countries.
