      Pros

      Good salary and bonus and some years ago, we had a lot of outings and sport events in Hardenberg but it has been disappearing in the last 5 years...

      Cons

      Bad leadership, sick environment and poor human resources management . Burn out factory. Unstable company i terms of values.

      Pros

      Decent health benefits and an interesting portfolio. Base pay is good

      Cons

      Poor corporate leadership, mostly all around. Corporate executives cuss at and demean business leadership and teams. Early years lacked any strategy or direction and now business groups pay for it with constant cost cuts and ridiculous backward-looking requests. Poor incentive payouts and annual increases do not cover inflation for most countries.
