      Benefits are great (med, dental and 401k match)

      Cons

      Weak leadership. No processes in place for corporate or the business groups. People get promoted to new titles and roles by who they know, was seen numerous times, no formal process or opportunity for other qualified people in company to interview for role. No opportunity for growth. No training. Managers behaviors go unchecked. Very, very disorganized how things are run.

      Pros

      Decent health benefits and an interesting portfolio. Base pay is good

      Cons

      Poor corporate leadership, mostly all around. Corporate executives cuss at and demean business leadership and teams. Early years lacked any strategy or direction and now business groups pay for it with constant cost cuts and ridiculous backward-looking requests. Poor incentive payouts and annual increases do not cover inflation for most countries.
