Moved quickly from a headquarters with a national vision to a truly global company, including foreign board members and a C-suite that reflects the global presence of the company. Products necessary for daily life. Horizontal leadership. Good mix between publicly listed and family-owned that allows for long-term vision.
Cons
Low budget for areas and projects that could allow for a more resilient and innovative company. Can find greater diversity on board. Needs to move from fantastic purpose narrative to more concrete actions.
