Pros

Identity of original companies (acquired) maintained while corporate has been able to craft a global sense of belonging. Moved quickly from a headquarters with a national vision to a truly global company, including foreign board members and a C-suite that reflects the global presence of the company. Products necessary for daily life. Horizontal leadership. Good mix between publicly listed and family-owned that allows for long-term vision.

Cons

Low budget for areas and projects that could allow for a more resilient and innovative company. Can find greater diversity on board. Needs to move from fantastic purpose narrative to more concrete actions.

Pros

Decent health benefits and an interesting portfolio. Base pay is good

Cons

Poor corporate leadership, mostly all around. Corporate executives cuss at and demean business leadership and teams. Early years lacked any strategy or direction and now business groups pay for it with constant cost cuts and ridiculous backward-looking requests. Poor incentive payouts and annual increases do not cover inflation for most countries.
