Pros
Well there's a nice cafe!
Cons
Oxfam is dominated by a cabal of radical feminists and social justice warriors. Their outlook is so retrograde that they have even begun to see their own charitable work as a form of 'colonisation'. As a result, Oxfam International was moved to Kenya, for no other reason than to be 'closer' to the people the organisation works with (though further away from the people who fund the work - this wasn't mentioned), resulting in no tangible benefit for anyone at Oxfam except possibly the Chair of Trustees who invented the vanity project to boost her profile. Are you white or male? Want to be manipulated into hating your own arbitrary characteristics? Maybe you've already been indoctrinated and are looking for somewhere which will nurture your self-loathing? Then you will fit right in at Oxfam! Although most people believe in equality of the sexes, most - understandably - don't want to call themselves feminists and associate with the radical anti-male extremists in the movement, but at Oxfam - where these people have risen to the top through the terrified deference of their intimidated colleagues who don't wish to be 'cancelled' - you are required to call yourself a feminist, and to support feminist organisations, these are literally written into their 'core values'. Oxfam is the sort of Orwellian place where you will be instructed what to think, and if you're even suspected of wrong-think, the authorities and their pole-climbing snitches will be all over you. The tragedy is that Oxfam used to be a world-famous humanitarian charity, but they're quickly losing that status, and with it their support - getting woke will see Oxfam go broke, and eventually die a sad insignificant death, but the world will be better for it, real charities will rise again to take its place.
