      Pros

      Share program creates a work environment that promotes team work. Compensation for working away from home. Excellent in house courses to help build skills that will further your career. Good benefits. Will match your pension contribution. Reward you for good performance and dedication.

      Cons

      There are long hours. Some locations expect casual overtime with less compensation than other locations. Currently the the company is giving working notice of layoff rather than paying severance seems like the company is looking out for there bottom dollar rather than the well being of it's people.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
