      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and gain experience on best construction practices. Great employee development programs and opportunity. Great visibility from upper and corporate management.

      Cons

      Work life balance is poor. Long hours with little compensation except for the opportunity to learn. This is typical for the construction industry however.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
