      If you last a long time there, you can buy into the company, which is a decent bonus

      Cons

      no training on how their systems work. A lot of dead weight in Sr. PMs

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
