      Management team is keen on training team members, always have new stuff to learn, team atmosphere, helping each other is the culture in our SP department

      Cons

      Many night shifts, not much more paying for harsh night shift

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
