      You will have more chances to work on big project with huge budget, work with big subcontractors and learn new knowledge.

      Cons

      Strange team culture, if you want to climb up you need to know what the senior project manager and project manager's interests and hobby; to make them like you.

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
