      I have been with PCL for 18 years, I have always felt that there were opportunities for career advancement and development. PCL has an extensive library of training opportunities and encourages people to grow as individuals both technically and behaviourly.

      At times it can feel like making changes can be daunting due to the size of the company

      Work life balance was good. Some coworkers were good

      Cons

      Management position definitely play favorites, pay for amount of work lacks and ESOP is not good.
