I feel that PCL is a tried and true builder in the civil and industrial sectors. I have worked around many other firms and various things stick out to me that we have figured out and/or implement that others don't. I feel that management truly walks the walk when it comes to safety, quality, and ethics. I also feel a high level of commitment from the company toward investing in my which makes me want to give more back to them. An example of this is being nominated by upper management for a development program which included an online leadership program. This has been very in-depth, challenging, but very impactful.
