Great salary, benefits, people are generally good, room for advancement

Cons

Aggressive managers, no work/life balance, most of the work is in Toronto so you have to commute with half of ontario.

Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
