      Pros

      I liked how hands-on my job was. I loved being on site. PCL hosts many great events and parties as well. A lot of young people and a very diverse company.

      Cons

      Salary can be a bit better. I know Ellisdon pays more for co-op students. Manager was a bit distant and was not as engaged as I would hope more.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
