      Pros

      The flagship product is perfectly pitched to the mid-tier company, which was Panaya's bread and butter customer for years.

      Cons

      After the Infosys acquistion, there was and is great confusion in how to sell and market the product. Turnover from the CEO down through the ranks has been a constant. Cheap company that doesn't want to pay anyone. Beware, beware.

      Pros

      -Panaya has been the most open-door, friendly company I have ever worked for. -A true feeling of family when you work here. -All levels of management are available for support at any time. -Product development is quick and listens to the customers. -Comp plan is fantastic

      Cons

      -Your typical bumps of a young, small company. -Shifts in go to market plan make it challenging from a sales perspective. -Lots of changes, good and bad
