I have completed 1 year at Paypal and this is my 1st review.
PayPal provides Very good package :) - First most
My team has good Work life balance. Not sure about other teams.
Nobody cares what others do. Team follows Agile with 2 weeks sprint.
Flexible Office Timings. Nobody cares at what time you login / logoff.
Work from home option.
Good support from manager and team for higher education (I completed M.Tech part time).
Very good Transport Facility. (They have scheduled timing shuttles and also Door drops if you stay late) - This is awesome.
Free Snacks (Usual Tea/coffee vending machine, Biscuits, Plain vanilla & chocolate cakes, Tropicana, Real and Appy juices. Heritage Badam milk all flavors :) )
Recently they started healthy campaign and started providing few healthy foods for a short span. (Peanuts, Dates, Buttermilk, spouts, bananas, other healthy snacks)
Annual Events celebrated by PayPal is awesome.

Gym attached with Rest rooms for bathing (Includes towel, shampoo, Body wash, coconut oil, safe locker)
Play area - Shuttle badminton - 2 courts
I play for 2 hours every day.
Bollywood Dance classes.
They also arrange guitar classes, Running club (3 months batch)
Some kind of club for people interested in Photography, Music and Singing ,
I don't have anything to complain as of now. Waiting for my appraisal cycle. Will come to know the real face of my manager soon :)

Their choice of food vendors...
Lunch is the only thing I hate at PayPal.
