      Flex time and PTO, 401k and bebefits

      Cons

      Management is clueless about the departments they work in. High turnover. Constantly firing large groups and re-hire new ones. Management (Team Leads) constantly gossip and promote favorites with little experience and call it mentoring.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
