Pros
This place is full of energized, smart people who work very collaboratively. Management seems to have the company on a long-term growth path.
Cons
Difficult work-life balance, lots of roadmap changes frequently, and lack of commitment to building out full functionality products....almost always they get something out the door, then focus on the next big thing rather than finishing what was released with minimum features.
