Not the worst but far from the best - Anonymous employee PayPal Employee Review

Politics is high, not much room for advancement. Much internal bickering and they are known for their difficulty to work with. Consider it a temporary gig. Also, they do not do lay offs. I have seen multiple people let go without any sort of package. I have also heard that they are going to start laying the bottom 5% off every quarter.
