      Decent compensation, meritocracy, plenty of room to grow, global leader in online payments !!

      Cons

      You need to be in the right team at the right time. Orgs get shuffled and moved around all the time. Prepare for a lot of volatility - one day a product is hot, the next day its out.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
