      Pros

      Product engineering teams are sharp and some good perks such as free gym access for FTE and shuttle buses to/from SF.

      Cons

      Inept marketing team who doesn't do much besides moan and whine - probably one of the most incompetent I've ever been a part of. Also, not much upward mobility unless you are great at politics. Lots of people here with no value-add.

      Contract roles have limited long-term visibility, onboarding can be fast-paced, documentation varies across teams, priorities can shift quickly

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
