definign the future of payments, with a global scale great people genuinely trying hard to re-connect with more innovative and startup-ish culture

no clear priorities make execution a giant challenge poor culture of crossfunctional collaboration. If you can be self-sustaining, then you can suceed, if you need other teams to support, then very hard. makign crossfunctional decisions is really hard. while CEO David Marcus has left and not (yet) be replaced, the organization's challenges are multiplied.
