Pros
Company is growing and in Europe you might have opportunities across different countries, salary is ok and based on performance you can have a an increase every year, stock option plan is great.
Cons
Slow and bureaucratic, internal promotion are a scam, and totally detached from skills and performance and if you have to start from the lowest level is micromanaging all over.
