      Pay isn't all that bad.

      Cons

      Once you sign on with Paypal there is no work/life balance. Odd hours and schedules that are basically for nomads.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
