Pros

Most people want to see you succeed but know you’ll most likely be just another 2 month door knocker for the company.

Cons

Everyone is on drugs. The entire company is a scam. The only people making money are the original people who started the office. They promise you financial freedom (only way you make it in the company is by having no morals) you solicit door to door and they rip every customer off. The door knockers set the apt (people make fake Apts to earn more cash) the salesmen going to the Apts try to hard close you on the first visit selling the customer at the highest price possible and once the customer says “no I would like to think about it” the sales rep will act like he’s giving you a family discount and try to close the customer again if the customer wasn’t a sucker for the first price given all on the first meet up. Only reason company is rated as “best company for millennials” is bc during meetings every month they make all the employees fill out a company review and if they don’t they get in trouble

Pros

Power encourages and supports growth more than any other company I've worked for. The training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities are exceptional, and there is a genuine focus on helping people improve both professionally and personally. I've built valuable relationships, gained confidence as a leader, and developed skills that extend far beyond sales. For those who are motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, there are tremendous opportunities for growth, advancement, and long-term success.

Cons

The company operates at a fast pace and maintains high expectations, which can be demanding at times. However, Power is constantly evolving, requiring employees to adapt quickly to new processes, priorities, and opportunities. While these changes support growth and innovation, success often depends on strong time management, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
