Pros
Training was really thorough and they put you in a position to succeed right away. Earning potential is incredible if you put in the work and have the right attitude. Company treats you like a member of the family (FREE TRIP TO CANCUN!) and co-workers all get along very well. Veterans are always willing to help and everyone wants to see you succeed. Upper management (CEO, CSO, etc) is visual and vocal throughout the office, they take time to meet and genuinely care about all employees no matter how small.
Cons
Training is tough - long hours and a ton to learn, but once you have it down you will be successful. Hours in general are untraditional (nights) but you get used to it. A lot of driving involved but they do their best to keep it to a minimum.
