Pros
They will hire literally anybody. Anybody.
Cons
Day after day= Show up at office for 11:00am pep rally. Often asked to show up earlier for "team camps". 12 pm get in you assigned van with 5-6 other guys and stop for lunch and to take dumps before getting dropped off in a random neighborhood. 1pm-6:30 is walking up and down a street knocking on every door to tell someone their windows and siding are falling apart with the most BS cringey script coming from 20-30 yr olds that have likely never hammered a nail. Saying were finishing up at their neighbors house and giving a free estimate on windows and siding. If you can pressure someone to take an estimate, you then have to get them on the phone with your call center to commit to a cpl hour sales presentation... what they call an estimate....the dispatcher then asks the homeowner 5 mins of personal questions that no one in their right mind would answer over the phone. Then get in your van and get back to the office at 7. Repeat. Mon-fri, and every other Saturday. Rain, snow, blizzard, extreme heat advisory... guess what, you're knocking. 99% of people you encounter will have already talked to Power and know you're script as well as you will, and will probably be less than happy to see you. Cops have been called on us hundreds of times for soliciting. Goal is 4x set appointments a day for a 75$ bonus and, you make a 200$ bonus if a salesman delivers their 2.5 hr sales pitch 5x times in a week. If they get kicked out before they deliver their whole pitch, no credit. Lots of culty kool-aid being drank here by a large workforce of unskilled, naive, happy go lucky people. There are 5% that seem to succeed and make ends meet with their bonuses and knocking, but the turnover rate is ridiculous. Weekly 5 new hires is not a good sign... Good luck but I'd personally rather work construction, or retail and mowing lawns on the side. Don't fall for their compensation claims. And if you have any sort of degree steer clear, you can do much better and will regret this route.
