Pros
-There are some really good people that work at Power -There’s also fun events and the benefits are really good -A ton of training
Cons
Do yourself a favor and read the negative reviews, they all have a common theme and they can’t all be wrong… but I’ll highlight a few 1. Sales job not as advertised- if you were hired for sales you will have to knock on doors for months making very little money- the new sales classes (what you thought you were originally hired for) will keep “getting pushed back” happens like clockwork every year hmm 2. 100% commission job/ no reimbursement or compensation for driving expenses 3. Will have to be on call from 9am-8pm but likely won’t get an apt until 6pm or later unless your a teachers pet and get preassigned an actual decent lead - this means you will have to be available at the drop of a hat to drive up to 2hrs away all day, likely only working after dark and expected to deliver a several hours long sales presentation with high pressure to buy on the spot 4. Complete favoritism- not everyone has the same opportunities but they sure have the same expectations. They will give good appts to their favorite reps, so they consistently get put in the best selling position and then get applauded for selling while everyone else gets mediocre appointments at best 5. Expectations in sales will always increase but at Power they will constantly move the benchmark for bonuses by up to double in a year - those bonuses they use to try to advertise all the money you “could” make 6. Must add Bro and most importantly LFG to vocabulary on daily basis
