Pros

Great sales instructions - and this is difficult to fill in with 20 words bc i can't think of anything more to say.

Cons

Atmosphere is like a frat house. People dont last here. The leads just about all suck. If you make it through the insane first month of training, You'll be sent on half hour to over an hour drive to the homes of people who hours before had no thought of purchasing windows (eventually, if u hang around long enough, you will be selling higher priced products such as roofing and siding). You get paid a 100 a day (before taxes) for the first month of strenuous training of these scripts you MUST memorize that will amount to a 2.5 to 3 hour pitch. You typically get there in the evening when these people are tired from working all day and typically don't want to hear you for more than a half hour, let alone 2 and a half hours. THEN, you must try to get the sale there and then, otherwise, you make NO MONEY. There is no follow up opportunity with the customer. HIGH PRESSURE SALES.. You've been forewarned.. proceed with caution - Basically, unless you desperately need 100 per day before taxes for 1 month of 15 hour long days, consider every other option.

Pros

Power encourages and supports growth more than any other company I've worked for. The training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities are exceptional, and there is a genuine focus on helping people improve both professionally and personally. I've built valuable relationships, gained confidence as a leader, and developed skills that extend far beyond sales. For those who are motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, there are tremendous opportunities for growth, advancement, and long-term success.

Cons

The company operates at a fast pace and maintains high expectations, which can be demanding at times. However, Power is constantly evolving, requiring employees to adapt quickly to new processes, priorities, and opportunities. While these changes support growth and innovation, success often depends on strong time management, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
