Pay. Principal is using a metric to determine pay for their employees. However, the information for my metric is for 2021 which is prior to the economic crisis we are currently in. Principal has given standard 3% raises across the company which has not keep up with the cost of living. Also, the price of benefits has increased so much that my net check is less than what it was 5 years ago despite receiving 5 raises (all 3%) since then.
