What I like most about Prologis is that everyone from the executive level down to the local level really "walks the talk" when it comes to fostering a positive culture. We do tend to run a bit lean, so at times workloads can be heavy. However, when things get busy there are often other team members volunteering to help lighten the load.

Depending on the property portfolio, there may be times when multiple priorities need attention at once, requiring strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
