Pros

- High growth potential, not just in upward mobility, but with opportunities for innovation and the ability to make suggestions and see them come to fruition, even if they are outside of your department - Takes the time to listen to feedback, both positive and negative, and works to make improvements, no company is going to be perfect, but it is nice to see that they make an effort to continuously improve upon themselves - Laid back environment, casual dress for your day dress code, people are easy to get along with and friendly, you don't feel like the new person for more than 3 days - Does a lot for the surrounding community through fundraising and charity events - Has taken strives to support employee mental health and well being

Cons

Not so much a con, but this is a high growth environment, so it is not uncommon to work above a 40 hour work week as the company continues to grow

Pros

Majority of the "boots on the ground" employees are kind, hardworking, and genuine.

Cons

The major con of working at Propio is the toxic work environment. This is a top down issue. The C-Suite is completely disorganized and ran by large egos. This trickles down to the director/manager level positions. It seems that managers were promoted based on who you are and not what you bring to the table. It is very clear there is a lack of people management training and bad habits were adopted from the C-Suite. If you are in search of a company that provides professional development, keep looking. The lack of communication, organization, and moral compass leads to a toxic work environment for those at the bottom of the totem pole. There is also a lack of diversity among leadership in both race and gender, very disappointing for a "modern language services" company.
