Pros
Impressive founders. Culture-first. Everyone around me is motivated and independently driving value for the company. A co-worker I was chatting with described it as "good chaos": there's plenty to do, lots of low hanging fruit, and you don't have to ask permission to throw something awesome and new together. Interpersonal communication has also impressed me. Co-workers at all levels are quick to apologize, push for clarity and confirm they understand what's being communicated. Transparency is the default meaning I can be as involved as I want to be: jumping into discussions completely outside my domain if I have something useful to contribute.
Cons
I have dreams about solutions to the things I'm working on. I sometimes work late at night simply because I want to get things done sooner. I order lunch and eat it while I'm working for the same reason. I wouldn't recommend Pulley to a friend looking for a cushy place to quiet-quit into their next promotion. I would recommend it to friends that want to work hard to drive significant value alongside dozens of others doing the same.
