7yThanks for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you don’t feel we adequately listened to your feedback in your time with us. We do run regular employee feedback surveys — in fact the latest engagement survey went out just last month — and the door is always open to take any concerns to managers and senior leaders. We’re working hard to take action off the back of what our employees say and in the last 12 months we put in place a lot of programs to address concerns around topics like career development, diversity and inclusion, training and support etc. We are growing at a rapid pace in Europe, but however fast we grow, we know we’ll only achieve our goals with all our employees rowing in the same direction.
