We appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few things, and we hope that folks will give this some consideration:
1. Qualtrics is going through a transformational time -- which, while exciting, comes with some change.
2. Employee feedback is an important part of us understanding our health as an organization. It’s because of that feedback that we can see the team feels improvements in things like our internal processes and communications, while also still seeing areas of opportunity in the speed of roll-outs for changes and other areas. We report on the progress every quarter and will continue to do so.
3. And finally, we aren’t a remote-first company; that’s fair. However, we do have a 2 week remote work policy, as well as support the flexibility folks need within our office attendance policies.
