Pros
Since Silver Lake acquisition: - Work processes have gotten easier - Better territories - More resources by reducing red tape between orgs - Direct connection to product and marketing teams - Ability to freely help customers as you see fit - ELT has made a huge effort trying to become more relatable, communicate more clearly, and make decisions that have seemingly paid huge dividends - In person SKO has been a game changer for the company
Cons
- They expect a lot out of reps, but pay fairly for it. Reps can now sell all products and are comped on renewals, which can be a lot, but there's major opportunity to make a bunch of money if you perform well.
