-Smart colleagues and strong client portfolio -Exposure to large-scale projects and national resources -Self managed PTO (but don't take too much)
Cons
-If you joined RSM through an acquisition, don’t assume long-term stability. -Integration promises may not match reality — roles, teams, and even entire service lines can be restructured or eliminated with little to no warning. -Communication around changes is often vague or delayed, leaving acquired employees feeling blindsided and undervalued. -The required 'Independence' process is highly invasive.
