      Pros

      Nice people to work with, good technical resources.

      Cons

      Worst pay of any other firm whether big four or small firm. No perks. Management does not care what employees think, very bottom line driven, high turn over, management always tries to delay notifying employees of their annual increase and bonuses and promotion to delay paying the increased pay as much as possible, decisions are made in June and are effective in october. Most poeple who work here are miserable.

      Pros

      If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

      Cons

      Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
