World class employer and best experience possible - Director National Accounts RXO Employee Review

My experience at RXO could not be better. I have felt supported and been afforded every opportunity to grow within this company since day one. I started 7 years ago at the entry level and the leadership and focus on growth has propelled me to where I am today. The culture, growth mindset, and engagement from senior leadership are the best I have ever experienced. Even at the entry level I was able to engage with leaders and learn from them, no one was out of reach. If you have a growth mindset, and you are willing to put in the work, the possibilities are endless at RXO. I chose to take the outside sales career path but there are so many other paths you can take depending on your passion. RXO has proven to me that they will nurture that passion and put you in the best place to succeed. The compensation here in my opinion is world class, they want their people to make as much money as possible, period. That’s something I can say I have never heard direct from senior leadership, but here at RXO that’s exactly what they will tell you and the numbers back it up. Our industry is not short on competitors, and there are some really good ones out there, but I can honestly say I would not want to be anywhere else. In closing I could not be more thankful for the opportunity to work at RXO, my time here has afforded me the chance to grow to a place I wasn’t ever sure I could be, and I’m not done yet! I am providing for my family and truly happy, that’s all you can really ask for in this world and RXO has given me the opportunity to make it happen.
