Pros
I have been with Rackspace for over 2 years and in that time worked all across the company. I feel the company is an extremely amazing place to work. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I have had some bad experiences working with Rackspace but all of them have been handled in a timely manner. I have also never had a problem using ETO, even at the last minute when there is something that has come up with my family or for any other person reasons. I have been able to take early and late lunches to do things like go to the doctor or run errands.
Cons
Sometimes you will hear leadership tell you one thing, and then a month later we start doing something different. This isn't because the leadership is feeding you bad information, but it is because as the company is growing it is learning. So we will sometimes start off going down one path and quickly recognize that it is the wrong path, so change our plan. This is a good thing for a company, but sometimes as an employee it can be confusing when it is changing in real time. This is especially true with the reorgs that take place within departments in the company.
