Pros
Rackspace is a humongous company and you can learn a lot from the people you work with. My teammates are incredibly nice and there's always an emphasis on helping each other out.
Cons
Career growth seems limited and salary ranges all over the place. I feel like I got the shorter side of the stick compared to more jr teammates.
