RBs culture is not for everyone, beside that what i have faced is biasness. First, they only pamper GIKI, IBA or LUMs. Secondly, there is a huge disconnect between factory and Commercial office. Thirdly, if you are a contractor RB just disowns you. So recently Eid baskets were distributed at commercial office but factory management employees dint even get a look of it. Small things make a huge difference. Its better to keep your employees motivated no matter if they don't have a tag! No matter if they are contractors. We all work and contribute in equal way
