Pros
- Fast paced, if you can cope with the speed here you can survive anywhere - Sharp and intelligent finance and marketing talent - Good work culture with a lot of talent development focus - less political and more meritocracy oriented - pays well above market average
Cons
- people often complain of aggressive behaviour, not that I have come across much of that so far but a constant complaint I hear through colleagues - location not ideal for commute purposes - office premises could be improved further
