The culture is horrible, everyone is not smiling, everyone is struggling,people are having the worst time of their lives. The environment is toxic, managers have a weird attitude of not being managers or leaders, u don’t guide u or support u much, they just want things finished , so it is out of their plate & thats it. They expect u to know everything about RB and act as if u r there for ur whole life. I worked there for a year and i caused myself the worst pain and experience for lasting for this year. I used to be sick all the time , i reached the point i did not want to go to the office or work. It is just awful awful awful awful awfulllllllll. I hated it , worst experience of my life, worst time of life, thought everyone was exaggerating when they told me this before i join, but honestly they said it all right. DON’T JOIN DON’T JOINNNNN. LOVE & HONOUR URSELF ENOUGH. If u r employed in this company leave , and don’t join!
