High burnout rate Poor talent retention with people leaving even after less than 6 month Big egos Lack of adequate training or onboarding in new position even for internal people

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
