Your experience depends on your manager and team. Some teams were quite active and had lots of team building days and exercises and others rarely came into the office. Also, depending on your role, your hours differ from other students as some roles (mostly lab roles) can involve machinery that needs specific amounts of time/write ups. You don’t get a guaranteed graduate role after the year which sucks.
